Terms and Conditions - Ambassador program

As a Brand Ambassador, I understand and agree to the following:

Participation

By participating in the Top4Sport Brand Ambassador Program, you – applicant (the “Brand Ambassador”) are agreeing to all the following Terms and Conditions.

• To become a Top4Sport ambassador, it is necessary to complete the registration form in all mandatory fields with valid data in an exact, precise and true way. By doing so, you certify that you are at least 18 years old.

• Top4Sport reserves the unconditional right to accept or deny any Brand Ambassador who applies. Submitting this application form does not mean you are entitled to enroll in this program. Our team carefully reviews each and every of the application forms before accepting a new ambassador. Once Brand Ambassador is chosen, the Brand Ambassador will receive a welcome on board email.

• Top4Sport reserves the right to reject any request for membership in the Ambassador program or to cancel the participation of a previously accepted Ambassador at any time without being obliged to state the reasons for its decision and without generating any right to compensation.

• If Top4Sport considers that the Ambassador is not fulfilling its commitment, it reserves the right to terminate or disable the account immediately without being obliged to state the reasons for its decision and without generating any right to compensation.

• Brand Ambassador must have and actively use at least one of the following social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Tiktok, Pinterest etc..

• In case the Instagram account was chosen as the main social media account, Brand Ambassador must have at least 500 followers.

• Brand Ambassador is comfortable with sharing photos of the Top4Sport’s products and Top4Sport reserves the right to repost them on its websites, blogs and social media accounts.

• By accepting to belong to the Ambassadors program, the natural and/or legal person agrees to publish content related to Top4Sport on the previously chosen social network. 

• By being part of the Ambassadors program, no labor or legal link is created between the natural and/or legal person and Top4Sport.

• Brand Ambassador agrees to bring at least 3 orders for the first quarter of cooperation, if this does not happen, he will be on our red list and after another quarter the cooperation will be terminated.

Brand Ambassador may not:

• Take any action that could reasonably cause any confusion as to Brand Ambassador’s relationship with Top4Sport.

• Do anything harmful to the Company’s image and reputation.

• Share any coupon code, vouchers code, gift card, etc gained as a reward as rewards are intended only for our Brand Ambassadors to use.

• Use paid advertising (search, or social pages for promoting Links or other activities listed in the Program). 

• Disclose the activities, rewards and other information available in the Ambassador portal to any third party.

General:

• Top4Sport uses the services of Affilbox to count commision to its ambassadors. In order to distribute the ambassador’s reward, Brand Ambassador must have Affiliate account. 

• Brand Ambassador must be in compliance with all the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

• Brand ambassador must agree with terms and conditions of Affiliate program

Termination:

• This agreement will begin upon Top4Sport acceptance of your Brand Ambassador application and will end when terminated by either party.

• Top4Sport may discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time.

• Termination may happen at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written a notice of termination.

• Top4Sport reserves the right to terminate the Brand Ambassador’s position in the program due to inactivity.

Privacy Policy:

• Top4Sport values Brand Ambassador’s privacy. Top4Sport will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose Brand Ambassador’s personal information. Any information Brand Ambassador gives to the Company online over the platform will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways to which Brand Ambassador have not consented.

What information do we collect from you and why do we need it

• To ensure that you are suitable for being our Brand Ambassador and for communicating effectively with you, it is very important that you provide us with accurate personal information. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may ask for the following personal information:

1. Full Name, email address.

2. Demographic information such as city, preferences, and interests.

3. Links to Brand Ambassador social media accounts, blogs and its numbers of followers and readers.

4. Brand Ambassadors marketing communication preferences.

Who we share Brand Ambassador information with

• In order to manage Brand Ambassador Program and provide the services, the Company may need to provide your information to its trusted third party partners, for example, Affilbox to provide the Company with a safe and secure platform for managing Brand Ambassador and Affiliate program.
